Our Lady of Guadalupe

After the Virgin Mary appeared to Juan Diego and told him to gather roses in his tilma (cloak), the humble man took the flowers to his bishop. Miraculously, an image of Mary appeared on the tilma. Today, that image is protected and on display in Mexico City.
