*Crystallization is a natural process in which raw honey becomes cloudy and forms solid crystals as the glucose separates from the water. This is a normal condition and a sign that the honey is raw and unprocessed. It can be easily reliquified by placing the uncapped jar in hot (but not boiling) water. The water level should match the level of honey in the jar.
